Shipping, Refunds & Returns
Silver Star currently ships to all 50 states and Canada via the United States Postal Service. We do not guarantee delivery in the event that the United States Postal Service or Canadian Post mishandles, damages, loses, or delays a shipment. By purchasing our products, the customer understands and agrees to these terms.
Also, please verify the delivery address is correct before submitting an order. We ship to the given address on your order invoice. Furthermore, if the USPS tracking shows the package was delivered, we take that fact as proof of delivery. We will provide any information that we have available to aid you in recovering a mishandled package by the Postal Services.

Silver Star does not offer returns of refunds of any kind. By purchasing our products, the customer understands and agrees to the terms that all sales are final.
We do understand that at times, there may be extenuating circumstances that are affecting an order. Silver Star will review these situations and may make exceptions at the discretion of the Silver Star Services LLC.
